Dachshund Pro Classic ( Dutch: Tacx Pro Classic ) is a one-day road bike race on the roads of the Dutch province of Zealand . It was created in 2008 as a three - day multi - day event as a result of the merger of the Cycle Week of the Zealander Flanders and the Delta Protour , and until 2017 was known as the Tour of Zealand ( with sponsor consoles ).

Since 2012, it began to be held as a one-day event [1] , entering the UCI Europe Tour calendar under category 1.1 . In 2016, the race was not held, and in 2017 it changed its name to the current one. [2]
The organizers of the competition set themselves the goal of making the race the second most important cycling event in the Netherlands after Amstel Gold Flight .
