Poecilochroa loricata (lat.) Is a species of spiders of the genus Poecilochroa of the family of gnaphoside spiders (Palpimanidae). First described by the Austrian arachnologist Erich Kreacher in 1996 [1] .

Distribution
Endemic of Malta [1] [2] .
Description
Only males are known [2] .
The cephalothorax is slightly hairy, about 2.8 mm long and about 1.6 mm wide, of a uniform light brown color [2] .
The opistosome (abdomen) is ovoid, grayish and yellow in color [2] .
