Biography
Born in the family of a French teacher and owner of the trading house of teaching aids Nikolai Osipovich Fenu.
Education
Educated in the Alexander Cadet Corps and the 2nd Military Konstantinovsky School (1892).
Military Service
Released to the 89th Belomorsky Infantry Regiment . Second Lieutenant (Art. 05.08.1891). The Jaeger regiment was transferred to the Life Guards as a second lieutenant of the guard (art. 04.08.1892). Lieutenant of the Guard (Art 04.08.1896). In 1896 he was transferred to the department of the military educational institutions with the assignment of the rank of headquarters captain (Article 18.10.1898). The officer-educator of the Alexander Cadet Corps (09/10/1896 - 04/06/1901). Captain (v. 06.12.1898). Officer-educator of the Page Corps (from 06.04.1901). Lieutenant Colonel (Art. 06.12.1901). Colonel (Art. 06.04.1914; for distinction). The company commander (from 1914 and 08/01/1916, 12/06/1916) and director (1917) of the Page Corps.
In exile
After 1917 he worked in the Russian Committee in Finland, since 1921 - its chairman. Member of the Union of pages .
In the 1930s he lived in Leipzig (Germany).
