Biography
He graduated from the Kharkov Institute of National Economy , the Institute of Red Professors at the All-Union Central Executive Committee of Cinematography (1937).
Since 1937 - head of the Office of leading personnel of the People's Commissariat of Education of the Ukrainian SSR .
Since 1941 - service in the Red Army.
Since 194? in 1946 - Deputy Head of the Political Department of the 3rd Guards Tank Army.
Since 1946 - in the Kiev regional committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine .
From 1964 to 1968 - Permanent Representative of the Ukrainian SSR to the United Nations . [one]
In 1968, after an unsuccessful press conference in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Ukrainian SSR, Sergey Shevchenko left New York and in his place, but with the highest rank of ambassador, Mikhail Polyanichko arrived.
