Alirzaev Oktay Alirzaevich

Alirzaev Oktay Alirzaevich - artist, teacher.

Born on February 9, 1961 in the village of Akhty, Dagestan. In 1973-1977 he studied at the Akhtyn Children's Art School with the artist Aliyev Javid. In 1977-1981 he studied at the Art College. M. Jemala in Makhachkala. Since 1984, lives and works in St. Petersburg.

In 1991-1997 he studied at the State Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. I.E. Repin, at the Faculty of Graphics (easel graphics workshop of Professor V.A. Vetrogonsky). He paints landscapes and portraits in a realistic manner.

Since 1999, a member of the Union of Artists of Russia. Since 2001 he has been teaching at the College of Culture and Art, St. Petersburg. Since 2004, she has been working as a teacher at the Artfuture School of Design.

Member of annual exhibitions in Russia and abroad. The artist’s works are stored in collections: the Museum of the History of the city of Makhachkala, the Museum of Local Lore of the village of Ahty, private collections and corporate collections in Russia, Finland, the USA, and China.
