Club career
Konate is a graduate of the Paris and Sochaux clubs. On January 10, 2017, in the League Cup match against Monaco , Ibrahima made his debut as part of the latter [4] . On February 7, in his match against Auxerre , he made his debut in League 2 [5] . On April 7, in a duel against Nyor , Ibrahim scored his first goal for Sochaux [6] .
In the summer of 2017, Konate signed a five-year contract with the German RB Leipzig [7] . On October 1, in a match against Cologne , he made his debut in the Bundesliga [8] .
