Geography
The village is located near the floodplain of the Oka River , 43 km northeast of the village center of Borisogleb and 56 km northeast of the district center of the city of Murom .
History
In the salary books of 1678, the village was part of the Borovitsky parish , it had 12 peasant households [2] .
In the late XIX - early XX centuries, the village was part of the Borovitsky volost of the Gorokhovets district , since 1926 - as part of the Fominsky volost of Murom district . In 1859 [3] there were 37 yards in the village, in 1905 [4] - 24 yards, in 1926 [5] - 33 yards.
Since 1929, the village was part of the Borovitsky Village Council of the Fominsky District of the Gorky Region , since 1944 - as part of the Vladimir Region , since 1954 - as a part of the Krasnoborsky Village Council , since 1959 - as part of the Murom District , since 1977 - as part of the Poltsovsky Village Council , since 2005 - as part of the Borisoglebsky rural settlement .
