Biography

Joseph Antonovich Kachur was born on December 29, 1927. He began his career in 1952 in the DRSU Abinsk asphalt concrete plant. He started working on a tractor, mechanical loader and mechanical shovel. At each place was given to the case with enthusiasm. But he was attracted by the excavator with its not yet fully used features. And he became an excavator. He overfulfilled the plan by 130-140 percent a month, and in 1963 he was awarded the title “Drummer of Communist Labor” [1] .

In 1966, he was awarded a high award, the Order of Lenin , for high production figures. For labor services, the Azov-Black Sea Road Administration presented him with a new model excavator, on which he completed the eighth five-year plan in three years and five months. Excavator took out a bucket of 198.5 thousand cubic meters of soil (with a plan of 125 thousand cubic meters of soil). His excavator worked on the saved fuel for more than 4 months [2] .

In 1970, he worked as a machinist for an excavator of the road maintenance section No. 133 of the Ministry of Road Construction and Operation of the RSFSR ( Krasnodar Territory ).

By the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR dated May 4, 1971, for the outstanding successes achieved in fulfilling the tasks of the five-year plan for the construction, repair and maintenance of highways, I. A. Kachure was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the award of the Sickle and Hammer gold medal " [3]

He was a youth mentor, he taught many professions excavator. He worked with a partner, then refused, and one fulfilled the plan of the 9th five-year plan for 3 years and 9 months by 151%. [2]
