Born July 18, 1921
Member of World War II.
Graduated from Moscow Power Engineering Institute (1948).
In 1948-1956 worked in the Hydrotechnical Laboratory, in the Laboratory of the Synchrocyclotron of the Institute of Nuclear Problems of the USSR Academy of Sciences.
In 1956-1976 Chief Engineer, Senior Researcher, Head of Sector at the JINR Laboratory of Nuclear Problems. In 1958–1962 Under his leadership, work was carried out at the LNP synchrocyclotron, as a result of which the intensity of the accelerated internal proton beam increased 10 times.
Doctor of Technical Sciences (1972, thesis topic "Cyclotron and Phasotron with a variation of the magnetic field to an energy of up to 1 GeV").
