Born in 1933 in the Kara-Obinsky village council of the Dzhambeytinsky district of the Ural region, Kazakh by nationality. Member of the CPSU.
In 1949 he graduated from the courses of machine operators and was accepted by the tractor driver into the Dzhambeytinskaya MTS.
In 1959 he moved to DEU No. 43, where he became a motor grader driver. Over time, perfectly mastered his car.
In 1971, he fulfilled the plan by 154% in 1972 - by 169, in 1973 - by 178%. He fulfilled the obligations of the IX Five-Year Plan by November 20, 1973.
