Ošupe ( Latvian. Ošupe ) is a settlement in the Madona region of Latvia . It is part of the Oshup volost . The distance to the parish center of Degumnieki is about 6.5 km, the distance to the city of Madona is about 50 km [1] . According to the data for 2017, 102 people lived in the village [2] . History
In Soviet times, the village was the center of the Oshupsky village council of the Madona district . In the village was located the central estate of the state farm “Aiviekste” [1] .
