Description

Small chalcidoid riders , characterized by the following features: brown insects, antennae scapus , scutellum , propodeum and apex of the abdomen are yellow; the ratio of antenna meters (F1 = 1) - 5.8: 2.2: 1: 2.8: 3.2: 3.5: 3.2: 3.3: 6.3; the ratio of the length of the ovipositor to the length of the anterior tibia is from 2.1 to 2.3. Body length about 1 mm. The antennae are filiform. According to the number of antenna segments, sexual dimorphism is observed: the flagellum of females is 6-segmented (antennae 9-segmented) and in males, flagellum 11-segmented (antennae 13-segmented). The paws consist of 4 segments. Four membranous wings (posterior pair less than anterior) with fully reduced venation. The abdomen is stalked. Endoparasites on insect eggs: Amrasca biguttula biguttula Shiraki (= Empoasca devastans Distant), Empoasca lybica ,? Watara sudra ( Cicadellidae ),? Sogatella furcifera (Delphacidae). The species was first described in 1998, and its valid status was confirmed in 2015 during a world audit of the genus conducted by the Russian-American hymenopterologist Sergei Vladimirovich Tryapitsin (Entomology Research Museum, Department of Entomology, University of California , Riverside , California , USA ) [1 ] [2] [3] .
