Biography
Born July 24, 1898 in Maly Rogachik.
After graduating from high school in 1910, he entered the vocational school, which he graduated in 1914. After graduating from college he worked as a mechanic for some time. In 1914 he was mobilized into the army in connection with the outbreak of the First World War and was sent to the Austrian front , where he was injured of moderate severity. After treatment, he was demobilized at the hospital, but due to the outbreak of the Civil War in the RSFSR, he volunteered for the Red Army and was sent to the 1st Cavalry Army . Compared to the First World War, the service here was relatively calm. After demobilization, he got a job at one of the factories as a stoker , at the same time in 1925 he entered one of the technical schools, which he graduated in 1928.
Starting in the 1920s, he began to write articles, essays and feltones, apparently this new hobby and determined his future career. In 1928 it became part of the newspaper Worker , where he headed the department until 1930. In 1930, he became a member of the Belgoskino film studio , where he was in charge of the script department of his branch in Leningrad. In 1932, it became part of the Birobidzhan newspaper , where until 1935 he worked as a literary employee. In 1939, he got a job at the Khabarovsk newsreel studio, where he served as editor until 1941.
He died on September 9, 1990.
