Nikolai Nikolaevich Bazanov ( July 31, 1888 - not earlier than June 22, 1928 ) - a military pilot . Headquarters captain of the Russian Imperial Army (1916). Member of the First World War and the Civil War in Russia . The owner of the St. George weapons (1916). After the October Revolution , he first joined the White Army , but by 1922 was in command positions in the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Air Fleet .

Nikolai Nikolaevich Bazanov was awarded the following awards [1] :
- St. George’s Weapons (Highest Order of April 17, 1916)
- - “because on April 29, 1915, controlling the aeronautical device, penetrated with danger to life in the area of the enemy location of Okmyany — Popelyana-Kurshany-Kuzhi, which made it possible to carry out reconnaissance and timely deliver information about the approach to the camp.
