Biography
Born on August 18, 1903 in Kantemirovka. In 1918 he entered the Leningrad Institute of Performing Arts , which he graduated in 1923. In 1924 he created drama circles and was in charge of them until 1931. From 1931 to 1935 he was in charge of various institutions of Leningrad. Since 1936, he worked at the Lenfilm film studio as an editor-consultant and senior editor. From 1942 to 1945 he worked as the editor of the script studios of the film studios Mosfilm and TsOKS . In 1959 he was invited to Bucharest as a literary consultant at the film studio and worked until 1961, after which he returned to Leningrad .
He died on October 11, 1970 in Leningrad.
