Biography
Born on January 20, 1946. Since childhood, he was fascinated by music, and therefore in 1960 he entered the Dzerzhinsky College of Music in piano, which he graduated in 1965. In 1969 he became a musicologist, and in 1970 he was accepted by the State Conservatory. In 1985, he became a member of the Union of Composers of the Azerbaijan SSR, and later a member of the Union of Composers of Azerbaijan. He acted as a singer in various genres - solo and choral singing, and played symphonic music as a composer. November 14, 2012 he was awarded the honorary title - Honored Artist of the Republic of Azerbaijan [1] . In November 2017, he suffered a stroke and was urgently hospitalized in Clinical Hospital No. 1, however, he quickly recovered from him and was discharged home, but at the end of February 2018 he had another stroke, resulting in March 2, 2018 he died at home. On the same day he was buried [2] [3] [4] .
Creativity
Tair Akper is a composer who wrote dozens of songs that he himself sang, Shovket Alekperova, Mirza Babaev, Zeynab Khanlarova and other other singers and singers. His songs sounded not only in Azerbaijan, but also in Turkey.
Teaching
Tahir Akper was the chief judge, as well as a teacher at major music festivals (Mugam, People’s Star, etc.) ...
