Sagal, Elena Mikhailovna

She was born on January 2, 1963 in the village of Volne, Krasnodar Territory , graduated with honors from the Kharkov Engineering and Economics Institute ^[1] .

In 1986, she began working as an economist in the association “ Nevinnomyssky Nitrogen ”, at the age of 31 she reached the position of director of economics and finance at this enterprise. In 2001, she transferred to the Arnest OJSC household chemicals factory in Nevinnomyssk , where she was appointed vice president for strategy and investments, and in 2005 she headed this company, which is one of the leaders in the production of aerosols in Russia ^[2] .

December 25, 2009 confirmed the beginning of the authority of E. M. Sagal, who was appointed a member of the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation - a representative in the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation from the government of the Stavropol Territory after the early resignation of A. A. Korobeinikov . Entered the Committee of the Council of the Federation on Financial Markets and Money Circulation ^[3] .

On August 17, 2012, the authority of E. M. Sagal as a member of the Federation Council was terminated ^[4] .
