Biography
Sheer studied history and politics at the University of Ottawa and the University of Regina . As a student, he worked in the correspondence department in the office of the opposition leader . Shear also worked in insurance in Regine and in the office of Larry Spencer , a member of the House of Commons, and was elected to Parliament in 2004 .
From 2008 to 2011 - Deputy Chairman of the House of Commons.
