He graduated from LETI (1936).

From December 1935, he worked in the sectoral radio laboratory of professional devices of the Combine of powerful radio engineering named after Comintern (from 1937 NII-33, then - Plant No. 327, later - Scientific Research Institute "Vector"): technician, engineer, senior engineer.

From 1941, he worked at the Electrosignal plant in Voronezh, which was evacuated to Krasnoyarsk the following year. During this period, he participated in the development of the onboard radio receivers RSI-5, US-4 for military aviation, a radar sight for bombing.

From 1946 he worked in senior positions (including in the position of chief designer) in the OKB-283 MOP, which in 1959 became part of NIRE (Leningrad), from 1962 deputy. Director NIRE.

Since 1975, at the scientific and pedagogical work in the LPI, head. Department of Radiolocation.

Doctor of Technical Sciences (1970), Professor (1962).

Winner of the Stalin Prize in 1950 - for the introduction into mass production of new radio equipment (for participation in the development of the device "Vibrator" RVO-3, nuclear project). Honorary radio operator (1962).
