Legendarynsky elevator ( Ukrainian: Legendarynsky elevator ) is a food industry enterprise in the village of Novodonetskoye, Dobropolsky city council, Donetsk region .

History
Elevator in the village. Novodonetskoye (near the legendary railway station) was built in accordance with the ninth five-year plan for the development of the national economy of the USSR and was commissioned in 1975 [1] .
After the independence of Ukraine, the elevator was transferred to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Ukraine .
In March 1995, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine included the elevator in the list of enterprises whose privatization is prohibited due to their national importance [2] .
After the establishment of the state-owned joint-stock company "Bread of Ukraine" in August 1996, the elevator became a subsidiary of SJSC "Bread of Ukraine" [3] [4] .
After the creation of the State Food and Grain Corporation of Ukraine on August 11, 2010, the elevator was included in the enterprises of the State Pharmacological Plant of Ukraine [5] .
During the audit of the elevator in 2017, it was found that, by decision of the executive committee of the Iversky Village Council for a state elevator worth 22 million hryvnias , illegal registration of private property rights took place. In October 2017, by the decision of the Economic Court of Donetsk Region, the elevator was returned to state ownership [6] .
Current status
The main function of the enterprise is the storage of grain crops ( wheat , corn , barley ), as well as oilseeds ( sunflower ) [1] .
The elevator capacity is 144 thousand tons [1] .
