Dumbai, Vitaliy Nikolaevich

Vitaly Nikolaevich was born on October 3, 1943 . In 1966, V. N. Dumbai graduated from the Rostov Medical Institute . He entered graduate school ( 1966 ) at Rostov State University at the Department of Human and Animal Physiology. In 1971 he defended his thesis "On the possible role of A-neurons in the functional organization of the visual cortex."

Vitally Nikolayevich Dumbai devoted most of his life to Rostov State University . Since 1970, the beginning of teaching, worked at the Department of Human and Animal Physiology - as an assistant, senior teacher, assistant professor. Since 1995 V.P. Dumbai worked as a professor . In 1998, Vitaly Nikolayevich was awarded the title of professor .

1989 - 2004 - Dean of the Faculty of Biology and Soil at Rostov State University .

Honored Worker of Higher School of the Russian Federation, awarded the badge "Honorary Worker of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation."

He is the author of about 150 scientific works, including monographs, textbooks for students, recommended by the Ministry of Education for university students. The author of articles in domestic and foreign magazines. Has 5 copyright certificates for the invention. Vitaliy Nikolaevich prepared 4 candidates of sciences.

Vitaly Nikolayevich Dumbai died on May 16, 2016 .
