Education: Izmail State Pedagogical Institute ( 1995 ), primary school teacher; Kiev Institute of Bankers Bank "Ukraine" ( 1997 ), economist.
1990 - 1995 - student of the Izmail State Pedagogical Institute.
1995 - 1999 - engineer-analyst, head of the security service, chief economist of the Zolotonoshsky branch of the АPB "Ukraine" Cherkasy region.
1999 - Head of the Drabovka branch of JSC APB "Ukraine", Cherkasy region.
1999 - 2000 - Director of the Cherkassy branch of Legbank.
2000 - 2002 - Chairman of the Cherkasy Regional Branch of the State Innovation Company.
2002–2005 - Head of the Cherkasy Regional Department of the State Savings Bank of Ukraine OJSC
2005 - 2010 - headed the State Tax Administration of Cherkasy region .
2006 - 2010 - Deputy of the Cherkasy Regional Council of the V convocation from Our Ukraine , Chairman of the Standing Committee on Planning, Budget and Finance.
From March 15, 2014 A.V. Turchinov was appointed Chairman of the Cherkasy Regional State Administration . [2]
September 9, 2014 , President Petro Poroshenko reassigned Tkachenko as Chairman of the Cherkasy Regional State Administration. [3]
Entrepreneurial activities
He is co-owner of Cherkasy Molly trading network, Zolotonoshsky Bacon, Zolotonosha Gardens enterprises, Volya farm, Farmer market. [four]
Scientific Activities
Candidate of Economic Sciences , in 2006 he defended his thesis in the specialty 08.10.01 - placement of productive forces on the topic: “Improving the development and management of banking activities in the region”. [5] .
