History

It was first mentioned in the Scribe Book of the Vodskaya Pyatina of 1500 as the village of Ozerechno in Spassky Zaretsky graveyard [2] .

Then, like the village of Ozera eller Oseretzno by in Zaretsky Pogost in the Swedish Scribe Books of Izhora Land, 1618-1623 [3] .

On the map of Ingermanland, A. I. Bergenheim , compiled from Swedish materials in 1676, is referred to as Osoro Manor [4] .

On the Swedish "General Map of the Province of Ingermanland" in 1704, as Ossera [5] .

As the village of Ossora , it is indicated on the "Geographical Drawing of Izhora Land" by Adrian Schonbeck in 1705 [6] .

LAKE - the village belongs to Levshina, the Actual State Councilor, the number of inhabitants under the audit: 120 m. P., 125 g. p. (1838) [7]

According to the map of F. F. Schubert in 1844, the village of Lake totaled 30 peasant households [8] .

LAKE - the village of General Mayorsha Volkova, on a country road, the number of yards - 38, the number of souls - 105 m. (1856) [9]


LAKE - the owner's village at the well, on a country road from the village. It is Christmas tree on the right side of this road, the number of courtyards is 39, the number of inhabitants: 108 m., 107 railways. p. (1862) [10]

In 1863, temporarily liable peasants of the village bought their land allotments from MV Volkonskaya and became the owners of the land [11] .

In 1885, the village numbered 41 courtyards.

In the XIX - early XX centuries, it administratively belonged to the Sosnitskaya volost of the 2nd camp of the Tsarskoye Selo district of St. Petersburg province .

By 1913, the number of yards increased to 42 [12] .

In 1917, the village of Ozyora was part of the Sosnitskaya volost of Tsarskoye Selo district .

From 1917 to 1922, the village of Ozyora was part of the Ozyorsk village council of the Kalitinsky volost of the Detskoselsky district .

Since 1922, as part of the Pyatigorsk Village Council.

Since 1923, as part of the Ozyorsk village council of the Hungarian district of Gatchina district .

Since 1924, as part of the Kalitinsky Village Council.

Since 1927, as part of the Volosovsky district [13] .

According to administrative data of 1933, the village of Ozyora was part of the Kalitinsky Village Council of the Volosovsky District [14] .

In 1940, the population of the village of Ozyora was 267 people.

From August 1, 1941 to December 31, 1943 the village was under occupation [13] .

During the war, the village was completely destroyed. In the early 1990s, summer cottages began to be built on the territory of the former village. By the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated December 21, 1999 No. 1408 “On Assigning Names to Geographical Objects and Renaming Geographical Objects in the Leningrad, Moscow, Perm and Tambov Regions” the village was restored with the name Ozyora [15] .

In 2002, 6 people (all Russians) lived in the village, in 2007 - 1 person [16] [17] .

Geography

The village is located in the eastern part of the district on the highway 41K-356 ( Kurkovitsy - Glumitsy ).

The distance to the administrative center of the settlement is 6 km [17] .

The village is located near the Kürlevsky quarries .
