Biography
Born in 1890 in the Ryazan province. From 1911 to 1913 he studied at Moscow People's University . Since 1907 he worked in the libraries of Armavir and Ufa. Soon he moved to Moscow and in 1932 got a job at the Research Institute of Library Studies, where until 1935 he held the post of postgraduate student leader, from 1935 to 1958 he worked in the Central Library Methodological Office there.
Died March 26, 1958 in Moscow. He was buried at the Vagankovsky cemetery in Moscow.
