Biography
Born in 1966 in the village of Kuznets, Klintsy District, Bryansk Region.
In 1988 he graduated from the Belarusian Agricultural Academy , in 2005 - the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus .
He began his career as a senior engineer of the collective farm "Sovetskaya Belorussia" in the Gorki district of the Mogilyov region . After that, he held various positions, since 2000 - director of the collective farm “Gorodets” of the Shklovsky District , the same collective farm, which until his election as President was headed by Alexander Lukashenko . In 2002 - the chairman of the Shklovsky district executive committee. From 2008 to 2014 - Deputy Chairman of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee.
In 2014–2016 - Chairman of the Mogilev Regional Council of Deputies .
On December 16, 2016 he was appointed Assistant to the President of Belarus in the Minsk Region [1] .
On July 4, 2017, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko appointed Anatoly Isachenko as chairman of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee [2] .
