Format
The tournament was held according to the Olympic system . In accordance with the CONCACAF rating, pairs of clubs were formed that played 2 matches with each other on their own and other people's fields. If the result of two match confrontations is a draw, then the rule of a goal scored in a foreign field comes into force. If, in this case, the winner cannot be determined, then extra time is not played, but a series of penalty shoot-outs immediately breaks through.
