Story
The film shows one of the US cities located in the Bear Valley, which is rich in snow-capped mountains and beautiful scenic terrain. The beauty of nature and the mountains attract many amateur tourists. Often these tourists are not qualified, and therefore trams and tragedies are common on the slopes. But there are rescue volunteers, the film tells about their lives, problems and relationships.
The film describes in detail one incident in the life of a lifeguard. Two teenagers were skiing and falling off a cliff. The whole town, led by rescuers, is looking for them; all the actions of rescuers during an accident have been described.
The rescuers in the film look like ordinary people, but after risking their lives heroically saving teenagers in the inaccessible mountains of the Sierra, it becomes clear that these courageous rescuers are a special group of people - disciplined, cold-blooded, ready to help.
