Biography
Glory Kaminsky was born in Odessa on July 16, 1984. As a child, Slava was engaged in vocals and acrobatics. After graduation, Slava entered the Kiev National University of Culture and Arts , where she received a teacher’s vocal diploma.
After graduation, Slava participated in the reality show “The Island of Temptations” (2005) together with Andrey Skorin, with whom she studied at the Kiev National University of Culture and Arts, and also took part in the TV project “People's Artist”, also with Andrey.
Personal life
June 27, 2012 Glory married a Kiev businessman Eugene. A year later, the couple announced a divorce.
On July 16, 2014, Slava married plastic surgeon Edgar Kaminsky and took his last name. December 12, 2014 the couple had a son, Leonard, and December 6, 2015 - the daughter of Laura. July 1, 2019 the couple divorced.
Creativity
Participation in the group NEANGELS
On July 16, 2006, producer Yuri Nikitin created the women's pop group NeAngely , for which Slava and Victoria were selected. The debut single of the group was the song “You are one of those same ones”, and already in December the group released their debut album “Number One”, which sold 50,000 copies and became the “Golden Disc”.
In August 2008, the group presented a video with the winner of Eurovision 1998 , the world famous travesty diva named Dana International for the song "I Need Your Love".
In 2009, the single "Little Red Riding Hood" was released.
In 2010 - the single “Let go”.
In the spring of 2013, the group participated in the Ukrainian selection for Eurovision 2013 with the song “Courageous”, written for them by Alexander Bard , a participant and founder of the Army of Lovers , Vacuum , Gravitonas , BWO (Bodies Without Organs) projects.
On May 31, 2013, the band held its first solo concert in honor of its seventh birthday.
In September 2013, the second album of the Roman group was released, which from the first week took leading places on the iTunes service. In the same year, the group introduced a duet song with A-Dessa - "Lilac".
In 2014, the singles “By Cells” and “You Know” were released.
In February 2015, the group went on a concert tour “DANCE ROMANCE TOUR”, after which in May-June they traveled through the cities of Ukraine with the big “ROMAN” tour with an expanded music program accompanied by musicians playing “live” .
July 17, 2015 the premiere of the single "Heart".
In 2016, they took part in the national selection of Ukraine for Eurovision 2016 , but in the final of the selection did not get enough votes to represent the country in the competition.
May 12, 2016 in the Kiev Palace of Sports at the concert dedicated to the tenth anniversary of the group, the presentation of the album "Heart" took place. In support of the album, the group went on a large-scale all-Ukrainian tour “HEART”.
In the fall of 2016, the premiere of the single and the music video “Seryozha” took place.
In the spring of 2017, the group presented the song “Points”, and in the fall went on a tour in 25 cities of Ukraine “SLAVAVICTORIA”. At the end of 2017, the group presented the clip “THIS LOVE”
Solo career - SLAVA KAMINSKA
In 2016, Glory at the Kiev concert at the Sports Palace as part of the HEART tour. Slava presented the song “I miss you”, the author of which was Alena Melnik. September 25 Slava announced a solo career and introduced the song "Good", the author of which was Artem Ivanov.
TV projects
In 2018, Slava Kaminsky became a member of the project “ Dancing with the Stars ” on the 1 + 1 TV channel. The partner of the singer was the winner of 2017 Igor Kuzmenko. On the eve of the start of the show, during one of the rehearsals, Slava got a back injury that prevented her from reaching the floor. The official diagnosis is a fracture of two vertebral processes. In the second live broadcast of “ Dancing with the Stars, ” Slava Kaminsky performed the song “I miss you,” after which she left the project.
Movie career
