Lower Kemulta ( Osset. Dællag Khemulta , cargo. ქვემო ყემულთა - Kvemo-Kemulta ) or Kemulta ( Ossetia . Khemulta , cargo. ყემულთა - Kemulta ) is a village in Transcaucasia located in the Dzausky region of South Ossetia , which actually controls the village; according to the jurisdiction of Georgia - in the Java municipality .

Geography
The village is located between the rivers Pats (left bank) and its tributary Keshelta (right bank), 10 km north-west of the district center Dzau .
1 km northeast is the village of Verkhnyaya Kemulta .
Population
In 1987, 110 people lived in the village of Nizhnyaya Kemulta [6] . According to the 2015 census, the population is s. Lower Kemulta was 27 inhabitants [4] .
