Letisha Michelle Wright ( born Letitia Michelle Wright ; born October 31, 1993) is a British actress of Guyanese descent. Best known for her role as Shuri in the cinematic universe of Marvel in the films Black Panther , Avengers: Infinity War , and Avengers: Final .

Biography
Letisha Michelle Wright was born on October 31, 1993 in Georgetown , Guyana . At the age of seven, she moved to London with her family. [2]
Her interest in acting woke up after she watched the movie “ ,” deciding that the main character is a positive role model. She wrote letters to various agents, in which she described her acting experience, until she began to take on small roles.
Her role in the film " My Brother the Devil " was noticed by the magazine " ", which named her among the stars of the future 2012. For the role of Jamie Harrison in the film “The ” [2] [3] Wright was nominated for the British Independent Film Award in the category “Most Promising Debut”. [four]
She starred in the series of science fiction series Doctor Who ( Behold the Crow ) and Black Mirror (The Black Museum ). She got the role of Shuri in the films Black Panther and Avengers: Infinity War . [5] [6] Wright also appeared as a rioter in the 2018 film First Player Get Ready .
