Homegrown Honey debuted at No. 55 on the Billboard Country Airplay charts on August 30, 2014. [6] Also debuted at No. 25 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart since September 13, 2014 and at No. 97 on the main Billboard Hot 100 chart from November 22, 2014. By April 2015, the single's circulation reached 376,000 copies in the United States [7] .
The single received positive and moderate reviews from music critics and online publications: Taste of Country [8] , Charleston City Paper [9] .
Video
The music video was shot in South Carolina ( USA ) in August 2014, mainly at the University of Coastal Carolina University , with opening scenes at the Rivertown Bistro (Conway) bar [10] [11] .
