He graduated from an eight-year school in the city of Serpukhov, and a ten-year-old in Moscow (Moscow Oblast Public Educational Institution). In 1980-1981 He was engaged in classic rugby at the Lokomotiv Sports School, participated in the games of the Moscow Championship.

Since August 1983 he worked at the engineering plant (PO) in Tushino.

After graduating from MLI (1991), he entered graduate school (in absentia), graduated one and a half years ahead of schedule, defending his dissertation "Typology of an anti-nihilistic novel and social Darwinism in Russian literature of the 60-70s. XIX century ”, where he first formulated 8 typological features of the Russian anti-nihilistic novel and described it as a domestic anti-utopia. The book Against Currents. Published next year The Hidden Russian Writers ”(M., Prometheus, 1995) was included in the catalogs of the leading libraries in Europe and the USA, and after a while - in the obligatory list of literature on preparing for exams for those entering the graduate school of IMLI.

A monograph on the literary work of I. A. Efremov, "Ivan Efremov - a forerunner of multitemporal asynchronous realism" was published in 2002. Based on the works of I. Efremov - “The Hour of the Bull” - and L. Leonov “The Pyramid”, a new direction of Russian literature - multitemporal asynchronous realism - was identified, methodically indicated and formulated.

From December 1992 to September 1993, as an employee of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, he participated in organizing and conducting congresses of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR VII, VIII, IX (in the BKD in the Kremlin), X (September 23-26, 1993 in the White House on Krasnopresnenskaya embankment. ) In the mid-1990s one of the organizers and leaders of the Slavic World news agency under the Council of Compatriots of the Committee on CIS Affairs of the State Duma of the Russian Federation. The Slavic World news agency was the first national-patriotic spectrum media to post an informational issue on the Internet (fall 1996, see www.slavmir.ru).

In 2004, the first book of dilogy about rock guitarist “Height below” was published. In 2012, the Znak Publishing House published a full-length dissertation on rock guitarist with detailed notes. In this work, the author reflected the main conflict of the modern world: the confrontation of the "full", people who commit evil, and "inferior", those who serve good. The second novel of the “Into the Fire” dilogy, the events of which take place in Ukraine in the summer of 2008 and where the irreconcilable contradictions of the East and West of Ukraine can be traced in the shell of a fascinating political detective, threatening to turn into a civil war, the transition of Crimea from Ukraine to the jurisdiction of another state is predicted reprinted in 2017 and provoked mixed reactions in the literary community.

In recent speeches, in particular, on April 17, 2017, in a literary cafe in the Moscow Book House on Novy Arbat, he proposed to suspend all membership cards of all the numerous writers 'associations of modern Russia and organize a new single union on the basis of the Writers' Union of Russia (Komsomolsky Prospekt 13). ) He declared the appearance in a modern Russian prose of a hero of a new type - “inconspicuous”, achieving a real result and only then reporting on it, instead of a bored resonating TV-simulacrum from a megalopolis.
