Biography
Mikhail Egunov was born in 1864. Successfully graduated from the Novoaleksandriya Institute of Agriculture and Forestry and the Moscow Agricultural Institute in the agronomical department [1] .
From 1893 to 1898 he was Assistant in Botany and Bacteriology at the Novo-Alexandria Institute [1] .
From 1903 to 1904, Mikhail Andreevich Egunov served as the head of the bacteriological department of the Tomsk central laboratory of the dairy farm of the Ministry of Agriculture and State Property of the Russian Empire [1] [2] .
Among the most famous works of the scientist are: “ Aerobic denitrifier during seed germination ” (Notes of the Novo-Alexandria Institute, 1895); " Serobacteria of Odessa estuaries " ("Archive of Biological Sciences", 1895); " Zur mechanischen Analyze der Bacterienplatte " ("Centr. Für Bact.", 1897); Sulfur iron and iron oxides in the waters of the Black Sea and its estuaries (Yearbook of Geology and Mineralogy of Russia, 1897); " Die Mechanik und Typen der Teilung der Bacterienscharen " ("Centr. Für Bakt.", 1898) [1] .
Mikhail Andreevich Egunov died in 1937 [3] .
