Graham played for the Blythe Club from his hometown in Northumberland . In October [2] or November [1], 1893 he moved to the club of the First Division of the Newton Heat Football League . Debuted for "pagans ”on November 11, 1893 in a match against Wolverhampton Wanderers at Bank Street Stadium [3] . In the season 1893/94 he spent 4 matches for the team in the First Division [4] [5] . He also played 2 matches in the Palatine League and 1 match in the Manchester Grand Cup against Bolton Wanderers on February 3, 1894, in which he scored 1 goal [6] .
At the end of the season 1893/94 left the team.
