History
According to 1926, there were 56 households in the village of Lobachevka and 318 people (169 men and 149 women) lived. The national composition of the population was dominated by Russians. Administratively, Lobachevka was part of the Verkhneatinsky Village Council of the Amonashevsky District of the Kansky District of the Siberian Territory [2] .

According to the 2010 All-Russian Population Census, men accounted for 60% of the gender structure of the population, and women, respectively, 40%.
- National composition
According to the results of the 2002 census , Russians accounted for 59% in the national structure of the population, 39% for the Chuvash (out of 61 people) [3]
