Biography
Before the revolution, he worked as a teacher in Yuzovka . He was a member of the Party of Socialist Revolutionaries .
In 1917 he headed the Yuzovsky District Committee of the Party of Socialist Revolutionaries.
On December 13, 1917, he was elected the mayor of Yuzovka , staying at this post with interruptions until December 1918.
The further fate is unknown.
