Born September 1, 1957 .
Education
In 1978-1993 he studied at universities of the Armed Forces of the USSR and the Russian Federation; in 1997 - at the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation (now Financial University ). In 1999 he graduated from graduate school of the Research Institute of Labor of the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation; in 2009 - doctoral studies at Moscow State University Mv Lomonosov. Candidate of Economics (1999), Associate Professor (2007), Doctor of Economics (2009), Professor (2013). The doctoral dissertation was written on the topic "Socio-economic mechanisms for the development of the system of additional professional education of public civil servants." [3]
Activities
In 1978-1997 he served in the Armed Forces of the USSR and Russia.
In 1997-1998 he was an adviser to the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
In 1998-2001, Kuznetsov served as director of the Institute of Public Administration of the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation. In 2001-2002 - Vice-Rector for Marketing and Regional Development of the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation. In 2003-2006, he was director of the Institute of Public Administration of the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation.
In 2006–2011, he worked as vice-rector for business education at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation. In 2011–2015, he worked as director of continuing education at the same university.
