Fyodor Konstantinovich Borisovich ( February 14, 1891 , Sitno , Vitebsk province , Russian Empire - August 10, 1971 , Moscow , USSR ) - Soviet bibliographer, founder of the veterinary bibliography and specialist in the history of domestic veterinary medicine and organizer of veterinary medicine in the USSR .

Biography

Born February 14, 1891 in the village. Sitno of Polotsk district of Vitebsk province. In 1911 he entered the Kharkov Veterinary Institute , which he graduated in 1916. In 1918 he was drafted into the army as a librarian and worked in the military library until 1932. After demobilization, he served as inspector of the Glavkonupr of the People's Commissariat of the USSR .

He died on August 10, 1971 in Moscow.

Scientific work

The main scientific works are devoted to veterinary bibliography. The author of over 50 scientific papers.
