Olfactory bulb

The olfactory bulb is part of the olfactory brain , a paired formation consisting of the bodies of the second neurons of the bipolar type olfactory analyzer . It is located in the intracranial cavity between the frontal lobe from above and the ethmoid plate of the ethmoid bone from below, through the opening of which nerve fibers of the olfactory region of the nose enter it, and from the back it continues into the olfactory tract .
