Biography
Born in June 1910 in the village of Zakatala district (now Belokansky region of Azerbaijan).
Member of the Great Patriotic War.
In 1930-1942, a teacher in secondary schools in the villages of Mazekh, Zakatala district, Katekh and Tula, Belokansky district. From 1943 to 1953, the chairman of the executive committee of the Belokansky District Council of Workers' Deputies. In 1948, with its work, over-fulfillment in the whole district of the planned tobacco collection by 24.4 percent ensured.
Since 1970, retired union value.
By decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR dated July 1, 1949, Baidarov Mugme Magomed Oglu was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor with the Order of Lenin and the Sickle and Hammer gold medal for receiving high yields of tobacco in 1948.
He actively participated in the public life of Azerbaijan. Member of the CPSU since 1940 . Deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Azerbaijan SSR of the 2nd convocation.
He died in 1975 in his native village.
