Lodygino is a village in the Kargopol district of the Arkhangelsk region of Russia . It is part of the Pavlovskoye municipality .

Content
History
In the "List of Populated Places of the Russian Empire", published in 1879, the settlement is mentioned as the village of Lodygina of the Kargopol district (3rd camp), with wells, located 10 miles from the county town of Kargopol . There were 8 yards in the village and 40 people lived (18 men and 22 women). The volost government functioned [2] .
In 1905, the population of Lodygina was 57 people (29 men and 28 women). There were 12 households and 12 families. There was livestock: 14 horses, 17 cows and 28 heads of other livestock [3] . In administrative-territorial terms, the village was part of the Bolsheshalsky society of Lodyginsky volost of Kargopol district.
Geography
The village is located in the southwestern part of the Arkhangelsk region, east of the Onega river, north of Lake Kalistoye, at a distance of about 9 kilometers (in a straight line) east-northeast (ENE) from the city of Kargopol, the administrative center of the district.
