History
From 1968 to 1974, the stadium served as the final point of the Tour de France competition, until in 1974 it was transferred to the Champs Elysees [2] .
The sports complex consists of a cycle track and a rugby field. The concrete velodrome is equipped with additional lighting, six changing rooms with a shower and a platform for 2000 seats. Length - 500 m, width - 10 m, area - 5300 m². The rugby field is an area with natural grass surface equipped with additional lighting, six locker rooms with showers and a platform for 2000 seats. Length - 100 m, width - 65 m, area - 6500 m² [3] .
Over time, the stadium management discovered a deformation process (subsidence and cracks) in the coating of a 500-meter concrete track. This represented a huge danger for athletes, because during the races, cyclists have a speed of about 75 km / h. In 2012, the Ingérop construction and engineering company was involved in the reconstruction, which specializes in introducing the technologies used in the construction of the highway for the repair of runways. They also own the technology of laying a continuous layer of seamless reinforced concrete. The work was successfully completed in 2015 [4] . The final cost of the reconstruction amounted to 6 million euros [5] .
