Biography
Khalile Chachan Muradov ( Kurd. Khilele Chachan Muradov ), was born on January 11, 1924. Khalil Muradov, a Kurdish writer and journalist who worked during the Soviet times in the newspaper Ria Taza (translated from the Kurdish language "New Way"). He was editor of the Kurdish radio department of Yerevan for 24 years, where more than 1,400 Kurdish folk songs were recorded under his leadership. He is also the author of several books on the theme of Kurdish folklore 2010. The book “Kurdish Pearls” by Halil Chachanovich Muradov was published. Khalil Chachan Muradov for many years was the editor of the Kurdish radio of Armenia. The book was prepared for printing by his son, a well-known Kurdish journalist and translator Temur Khalil. The book contains folk stories and parables, recorded by the author. The book has been published by Lis and written in excellent Kurdish [3]. His son Timur is also a writer. His wife Ezniva Rashid from 1955, from the beginning of the opening of the Kurdish department of Radio Yerevan, until 1982, was the voice of the Kurdish radio. His granddaughter Midia became the first Kurdish woman to graduate from the Faculty of Journalism at Moscow State University (MSU).
