Bardosan

Bardosan ( Serb. Bardosan, Bardosan ; alb. Bardhasan ) is a village in the community of Djakovica in the historical Metohija region. Since 2008, it has been controlled by the partially recognized Republic of Kosovo .

According to the administrative-territorial division of the Republic of Kosovo, the village of Rezina is a separate settlement, while the Serbian authorities consider it as part of the village of Bardosan.

Population

According to the 1981 census, 788 people lived in the village: 784 Albanians and 2 Serbs [4] .

According to the 2011 census conducted by the authorities of the Republic of Kosovo, 316 people lived in the village of Bardosan: 170 men and 146 women; all Albanians. 191 people lived in the village of Rezina: 92 men and 99 women, all Albanians [5] .
