Biography
Born in Frankfurt in 1986. A graduate of the Cologne Heye hockey club, he played for the farm club, Cologne, in the youth hockey league. In the 2003/04 season, he played 2 matches in the German Premier League for the main Cologne team. From 2004 to 2006, he played for both Kölner Haye and the second league team Moskitos Essen.
In 2017, he spent 14 seasons for the team, since 2012 - vice captain, since 2015 - team captain. He played 631 matches in the German Premier League and 99 matches in the playoffs of the championship.
He played in the youth and junior world championships and other tournaments for the German national team [1] . In 2009 he made his debut at the World Ice Hockey Championship.
