Shiplishki ( Polish. Szypliszki ) is a village in the Suwalk district of Podlaskie Voivodeship of Poland . Administrative center of the Shiplishka commune . According to the 2011 census, 325 people lived in the village [1] .

Geography
The village is located in northeastern Poland, east of Lake , at a distance of about 19 kilometers northeast of the town of Suwalki , the administrative center of the county. The absolute height is 227 meters above sea level [2] . The National Highway 8 and the Regional Highway 651 pass through Shiplishki.
History
In 1888, 407 people lived in the village of Shiplishki. Ethnoconfessional, the majority of the population of the village were Catholic Poles (280 people), the rest were Jews . Administratively, the village was the center of the commune of Zaborishki, Suvalka county, Suvalka province [3] .
In the period from 1975 to 1998, the settlement was part of the Suwalkian Voivodeship .
