Content
History
Panfilovo was founded in 1875 [2] . In 1893, in the village of Novo-Panfilova , belonging to the Shadrinsk volost of Barnaul district , there were 133 peasant yards and 875 people (450 men and 425 women) lived. There was a pub [3] . As of 1911, the village of Panfilovskoye included 205 yards. The population at that time was 1,494 people. There was a church, a school of the Ministry of the Interior and a butter factory. The village was part of the Cheremnovsky volost of the Barnaul district [4] .
In 1926, there were 390 households in the village and 2,173 people (1028 men and 1,145 women) lived there. The first-level school, the reading room and the shop of the consumer society functioned. In administrative terms, Panfilovo was the center of the village council of the Barnaul district of the Barnaul district of the Siberian region [2] .
Geography
The village is located in the central part of the Altai Territory, in the forest-steppe zone, within the northeastern part of the Priobsky Plateau , at a distance of approximately 28 kilometers (straight) north-north-west (NNW) from the village Kalmanka , the administrative center of the district. The absolute height is 204 meters above sea level [5] .
The climate is temperate, sharply continental . The average January temperature is −17.7 ° C, July - +19.6 ° C. The annual amount of precipitation is 350–400 mm [6] .
