Kroz ( Osset. Kroz , cargo. ქროზა - Kroza ) - a village in the Caucasus , located in the Dzausky region of South Ossetia , which actually controls the village; according to the jurisdiction of Georgia - in the Java municipality .

It is part of the Khvtsevo village administration in South Ossetia . ^[five]

Geography

The village is located 2 km southeast of the village of Khvts and 4 km east of the district center of the village of Dzau , on the left bank of the Goodisidon River (the left tributary of the Big Liahvi River ).

Population

In 1987, 80 people lived in the village of Kroza ^[6] . According to the 2015 census, the population is s. Croz was 58 inhabitants ^[4] .
