Content
Biography
He worked with Donato Bramante and Raphael at the Villa Farnesina . After the death of Raphael, he led the construction of St. Peter's Basilica in Rome. Its last building was the Palazzo Massimo alle Colonne in Rome ( 1532 - 1536 ).
Peruzzi is buried in the Roman Pantheon next to the grave of Raphael.
Painting
The Peruzzi brushes belong to the frescoes in Santa Maria della Pache , the Palazzo Madama , the Roman churches of Sant Onofrio al Gianicolo , San Pietro in Montorio and San Rocco. From the point of view of iconography of musical instruments, Peruzzi's polytype “Four Musical Gods” is interesting, which depicts Pan , Amphion , Musei and Marsyus (exhibited in the Louvre ).

Peruci's drawing “ Androclus and the Lion ”, created based on the legends about the slave Androclus, is in the collection of the State Hermitage Museum .
