Arkhangelsk Klari

The village is located on the right tributary of the Karamalka River, 16 kilometers west of the urban-type settlement Kamskoye Ustye .

The village was founded in the first half of the 17th century by Kosyakovsky nobles. In pre-revolutionary sources it is also known under the names Klyari-Arkhangelskoye, Kireli.

Before the reform of 1861, residents belonged to the category of landlord peasants . They were engaged in agriculture, cattle breeding.

At the beginning of the 20th century, the Arkhangelsk Klyarya operated the wooden Michael-Archangel Church (built in 1775; an architectural monument), a parish school (opened in 1890), a windmill, and a grocery store; a bazaar was open on Thursdays; a fair was held annually on September 28-30. During this period, the land allotment of the rural community was 575.5 acres. Until 1920, the village was part of the Bogorodsky volost of the Tetyushsky district of the Kazan province . Since 1920, as part of Tetyushsky , since 1927 - Buinsky cantons of the TASSR . From August 10, 1930 in the Kama-Ustyinsky, from February 1, 1963 in the Tetyushsky , from January 12, 1965 in the Kama-Ustyinsky districts ^[1] .
